Studio classes are 50 minutes and a fantastic way to improve strength and flexibility while having fun!
Welcome to Pilates! We will take you through the basic reformer exercises and get you acquainted with the equipment. This is a slower paced class which will help to work on form and familiarity with the exercises used. No previous Pilates experience necessary.
Experience a faster-paced, total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and standing with improved body alignment! In this class you will build upon what you have learned. The exercise become more difficult, we work with small props to continue to challenge the body and we work on transition and fluidity. Clients should be injury free. Instructor approval required. Prerequisite Notes Teacher authorization to participate in this level.
Pilates Power Hour is an invigorating fusion of classic Pilates equipment movements, fat burning cardiovascular exercises, as well as full body strength building. They key principles of Pilates core training added to more modern movements make this workout powerful. It is a full body conditioning program that will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio. Pilates Power Hour is fun, quick paced, and will work your body from head to toe. This class is for all levels.
This is an instructor’s choice class. It is dependent on the students enrolled in the class and the needs of those students. A fun and challenging way to experience all of the equipment in the studio while still receiving a full body workout.
A high intensity class combining cardio with Pilates exercises all done on the reformers. A very fun, but intense class that will give you the “awareness” you are looking for! Prerequisite Notes This is a HIGH INTENSITY class…people with injuries or new to Pilates should try Group Reformer or Intro to Group prior to this class.
Mat Class is done on the floor using your body and sometimes props. We supply the mats!

Private sessions are tailored to suit your specific goals and needs – utilizing the Pilates mat & specialized equipment repertoire. Pilates “Core” based movement allows a unique whole body experience of discovery and awareness, while strengthening, toning & increasing flexibility.
Yoga
Private sessions are tailored to suit your specific goals and needs. Practicing the essence of yoga – breath, movement, mindfulness – allows for a multidimensional experience that reduces stress and anger, improves flexibility, and ultimately encourages a change in perspective that allows you to really find yourself.
Pilates | Stretch | Yoga
Semi-Private includes 2 to 3 individuals that are skill level compatible, having completed the required experience of private instruction. This session is guided by one instructor and is still tailored to the needs and goals of the clients. Class is suited to the individual goals and needs of participants. Not recommended for injury related special needs.
